Order Processing Time 

• Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. 

Shipping Methods 

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-10 business days from the date of shipment PAN India. 

Shipping Rates 

• Standard Shipping: Rs. 75 

Free shipping is available on orders exceeding Rs.1000 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking 

• A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

• In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, please contact us immediately at support@polkatots.in  We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly. 

Address Changes 

• If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Undeliverable Packages 

• In the event that a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

• PolkaTots.in is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
